Sign the Petition: Break Up Maricopa County

Let’s face the facts: Maricopa County is too big, too powerful, and too inefficient.

The two largest counties by population in the country, Los Angeles and Cook, are examples of what Maricopa will likely become if action is not taken. Their governments are wasteful and unresponsive to citizen needs, and they are unpleasant places to live.

Arizonans deserve better.

We must break up Maricopa into smaller, more responsive counties.

Right now, there’s a bill in the Arizona legislature that would do just that. And it’s up to all of us to make sure our lawmakers know where we stand.
